Can you hold a property before I apply?
Properties are leased on a first-come, first-served basis to applicants with a completed application and required fees. We recommend applying promptly to secure your preferred rental. -
How old do I need to be to apply?
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your state, to enter into a lease agreement. -
Is the security deposit refundable?
Security deposits are refundable as long as the lease terms are met and there’s no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Deductions may apply for unpaid rent, damages, or cleaning fees. -
How do I apply for a property I’m interested in?
You can apply online or in person. A completed application, application fee, and supporting documents—such as proof of income and ID—are required. -
Can I get a pet after moving in?
Please review your lease and contact management before acquiring a pet. Some properties allow pets with an additional fee and pet rent, while others have restrictions. -
What should I do if I plan to move out at the end of my lease?
Check your lease for the required notice period and submit a written notice of intent to vacate within the specified timeframe. -
Who pays for repairs and maintenance?
The property management company handles routine maintenance. However, tenants are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. All maintenance requests should be submitted through your tenant portal.
